Arthritis Soak
1 Cup Eucalyptus Leaves
1 Cup Peppermint Leaves
1 Cup Rosemary Leaves
2 Cups Dead Sea Salt
1/4 Teaspoon Eucalyptus Essential Oil
1/4 Teaspoon Peppermint Essential Oil
7 Muslin Drawstring Bags
7 Shrink Wrap Bags
Take a nice, long soak to ease arthritis
stiffness and pains. A very herbal formula which will make you
feel you are soaking outside in a lovely pond.
Toss together the Eucalyptus Leaves,
Peppermint Leaves and Rosemary Leaves. Mix in Dead Sea Salts.
Put mixture in Muslin Drawstring Bags.
Add a couple of drops of the essential oils into each bags. Tie
the bags shut. Shrink wrap the bags to preserve freshness.
