Bad (?) Batch of Soap

I'm hoping some generous person will share their experience with me. I usually make a batch of soap each year for my personal use and usually it turns out fine. This year, however, it just doesn't seem to want to set. It's sticky and, after three days it still hasn't hardened.

Can anyone tell me what I did wrong?

Can anyone tell me whether there is anything I can do to fix it?

The recipe I used is as follows: 20 oz. distilled water, 9 ounces of lye. My base fats were 32 ounces of Olive Oil, 16 ounces of Coconut Oil, 8 ounces of Avocado Oil, and 8 ounces of Palm Oil. I added 2 ounces of Emu Oil and 2 1/2 Tablespoons of fragrance oil at trace. I used a stick blender to mix the oil and lye mixture (which were both at about 120 degrees F) and it reached trace very quickly. After adding and mixing in the emu oil and fragrance, I quickly spooned the soap into my molds. It was the consistency of pudding at that time. This morning (three days later) I tried to unmold one of the soaps and it has the consistency and stickiness of playdough.

I'm freezing one tray of soap to see if I can get it out of the mold easier that way. I'm wondering whether remelting and repouring the soap would do any good -- although I don't see why it would. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
