How to Make Melt and Pour Soap American Eagle

What you'll need
Milkyway American Eagle mold
about 1 lb Clear Melt & Pour soap base
Sienna Sparkles Colorant
Blue Sparkles Colorant
Pearl White Sparkles Colorant
Gold Sparkles Colorant
Liquid Glycerin
3 drops True Red Liquid Colorant
3 drops Sapphire Blue Liquid Colorant
witch hazel
Pipettes
Soap making Fragrance

You can make many variations of this, but I chose one with a gold eagle and a red back ground, one with a white eagle and a bright blue back ground and one with a gold eagle and a dark blue back ground.

To do the eagle part….
Begin by melting about 1 oz of clear soap. While it is melting, mix 2 scoops of either the gold or pearl white sparkles with 1 tsp of glycerin. After the soap is melted, mix the sparkles with the soap and pour into the eagle part of the mold.

While that sets, melt the rest of the clear soap. For a red or bright blue background, mix 3 scoops of either the sienna or blue sparkles with 1 tsp of the liquid glycerin. After the soap is melted, mix that, as well as either the blue or red liquid color in with the melted soap; add fragrance. Stir well. For a dark blue back ground, just mix 3-4 drops of the sapphire color into the soap. Then add fragrance and stir well. Spritz the eagle part of the mold with witch hazel and then fill the rest of the mold up. After it is out of the mold, you can paint in a few more of the details if desired.
