This is similar to my “Silky Shaving Lotion” for women. It is thicker and will work nicely with a shaving brush.

4 tablespoons Soap Crafters conditioner pellets (discontinued product)
2 Tablespoons thickener
10 ounces of Soap Crafters Aloe Vera Liquid
36 oz water
¼ tsp vitamin e
scent (Men LOVE Soap Crafter's Cucumber Fragrance)

Dissolve conditioner pellets in 10 oz of 140 Degree Aloe Vera Liquid. This can take as little as 3 hours but I usually let mine sit overnight to make sure everything is fully dissolved.

After it has fully dissolved, heat 26 oz of water to 140 degrees. Using a stick blender to mix with, slowly add the thickener to the water while mixing with the blender.

You want to do this like you’re making gravy, add it slowly so you don’t get lumps. Usually by the time I am done adding the thickener, the mixture is already quite thick. If it’s not, stir by hand until it gets thick.

Then use a stick blender to mix the dissolved conditioner, vitamin e and your preservative, into the thickener/water mixture.
You can scent your whole batch or wait and individually scent smaller batches. It will be quite thick. Scoop into 4 oz jars.

Package this in a soap crate with a shaving brush. A small bottle of after shave or a soothing, handmade shaving lotion would be a great addition.
