How to Make Melt and Pour Soap Colored Easter Eggs

ShareThis

You will need:

½ lb White Melt & Pour soap base
1 Tablespoon Soap Crafters Fragrance
Soap Crafters Liquid Colorants
Plastic Easter eggs
A very tiny funnel or pipettes

First, you need to drill a hole in the top of the egg that is big enough to get a funnel or a pipette into. Then find a little cup that you can put the egg into while you are filling it that will keep it upright and still.

Next, melt your soap. After the soap has melted, add your fragrance and fill the eggs using a pipette or tiny funnel. Put in the freezer for about an hour and then un-mold. There may be a ridge or parting line around the middle from where the egg comes together. Just take a pairing knife and smooth that out. Then, just paint and have fun!

You could also make these pastel colors instead of just leaving them white.
