SoapCrafters.com is a mail order company dedicated to finding and developing the very best products for your home crafts and your home business needs. We take pride in our top notch inventory at very competitive pricing so that you can run your business at a profit and have many hours of fun with our products.

Our customers are individuals and families who enjoy soap making as a hobby, small businesses, religious organizations, fund raisers and schools. We are one of the very few Soap and Toiletries supplies companies who do not sell finished products because we never want to be in competition with our own customers. We specialize in product supplies, so you can make your incredible creations.

Registering with this website:
We work with an email system. When you set up your account you will automatically receive an email. Please follow the instructions on that email to verify your email address. If you do not see it in your inbox, look in your spam folder.

Payment:
You can use Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover Card on our website. You can also phone in your order if you'd like. We also will accept PayPal. Paypal payment address is pamelalove@soapcrafters.com. We do not accept personal checks. If you'd like to send in a money order, please select the 'check' option for payment or call in your order and we will give you the exact total to send.

Shipping:
Shipping options and costs are quoted on this website. You will see the shipping quote before you place your order.
Flat Rate shipping is offered by the US Postal Service. Before selecting this shipping method, please check to see if your items will fit into their small flatrate box.
We do ship International and the shopping cart will quote costs to ship your order to your country.
Please allow up to three business days for your order to ship during the Winter Holiday Season (October - January). We normally ship out the next business day during the rest of the year. There are some items which are made to order and it will be posted on the item description if we need an extra couple of days to make the item.

No Back Orders:
On occasion when something is out of stock in the warehouse but marked in stock on the web site, we will ship what we have in stock and adjust your invoice so you are only charged for what is shipped.

Shipping Fees:
Your shipping quote is what UPS or the US Postal Service charge us for shipping. If you are in Las Vegas and would like to pick up your order in person, please call in your order instead of ordering online. If shipping costs look totally out of line on your order online, please give us a call to quote the shipping. Sometimes we do make mistakes in the ship weight configuration. We'd be happy to verify the shipping costs by phone or email for you.
There is a $2.00 handling fee added to each order. The shipping charge you see on your order is the total of shipping cost plus $2.00.

Adding to your order:
If you have already submitted your order and want to add another item or two, please call our toll free number:
1-877-484-5121, and add the additional items by phone.
If you place an additional order online we will try to combine your orders if possible to save you money on shipping and handling, but we may not always be able to do so because we usually ship the same day as we receive your order.

Business Hours:
Monday through Friday: 8am to 4pm, Pacific Time.
Monday through Friday: 7am to 3pm, Pacific Time during the Summer.

We do not have a retail store. We are in a warehouse and offices. We are not set up for selling retail in our warehouse.

Vegas Locals:
If you'd like to save $$ on shipping, select "Pick-up in Vegas" shipping method. We will have it ready for you in about 1 hour so that you can pick it up in person.
