When you're in the Las Vegas area you can schedule to take a class to learn how to make soaps and lotions.

Making lip balms is so easy! Your own homemade lip balms are made just the way you want them. Your own homemade lip balms are so much better than the ones you can purchase in the store because you control the quality of ingredients which go into them. You can use the best in natural oils and natural bee's wax. Plus you can flavor them with any lip balm flavor you especially enjoy.
So let's make some homemade lip balms!
What you'll need:
2 tsp Beeswax Pellets
8 tsp Natural Sweet Almond Oil
1/2 teaspoon Soap Crafters Mint Flavoring Oil
9 Lip Balm Tubes and caps
1 Pipette
1 large rubber band

1-1/4 Cups SUPER Concentrate
32 oz distilled water
1/2 Teaspoon Soap Crafters Fragrance
8 drops of Liquid Colorant
Optional: 1.2 ounces Natural Humectant
Use distilled (purified is not distilled) water for best clarity in the end product; tap water will add a cloudiness. Use a stick blender to mix the Super Concentrate with the water then add the colorant and fragrance.
(A stick blender must be used to mix because hand stirring will not mix it in properly.) Mix for about 1 minute.
Allow mixture to sit overnight before bottling to give the air time to escape and the mixture will return clear. If you use non-distilled water, it will be cloudy. If you add oils to the mixture then it will be opaque.
If you add Humectant, it will give an amber tint to it.
