Here's a very easy,basic milk bath

2 cups dry milk powder
1 cup cornstarch
1/8 tsp (.7grams) FO/EO

Mix the dry milk, cornstarch and FO/Eo all together. Store milk bath in an airtight jar or container.
To use, add 1/2 cup of the milk bath to bath water.
