Green Incentives Program |
We are really excited to be able to offer our customers a way to have a positive impact on the environment by reusing the containers your product comes in and saving some money when you do.
How it works:
Send us back a container or containers you would like to have refilled with your name address, phone # and e-mail address.
Send these to:

When we receive your containers, Hillary will send you an e-mail letting you know they have arrived.
At this point, you can either call and place your order by phone, or place an order on-line and type “green incentives” in your customer comments. We will refill the Soap Crafters containers you sent back and apply the discounted price.
If you are a local customer, you can bring your containers in if you’d like and then wait while we refill them.
Conditions:
* You can check on your refill discount price by clicking on an item and looking for the “green incentive price”.
* If you order online, we will credit your card for your refill discount. If you order by phone, the discount will be applied at the time of sale.
* You can mix an order. In other words, if you want to order additional items as well as your refill items, we are happy to do that.
* We will only refill like items for like items. If you send us a bottle labeled “cucumber melon” we will refill it with cucumber melon not any other scent. If you send us a bucket labeled sea salt, you will get a refill of sea salt and nothing else. We will only refill containers that originally came from Soap Crafters.
* Sorry, but we can’t refill herbs and other items that come packaged in plastic bags.
* We can’t refill containers that arrive here damaged.
* As needed, we will supply new lids for product refills to ensure there is no leakage during shipping.
