Because an essential oil is a product of nature and not a computer generated product, the oil will vary slightly from lot to lot. Even within the same field, plants will vary and so do their essential oils. Age of the essential oil also effects its scent, the older lot being more mellow.We do not add anything to the essential oils that we sell. They are the pure, natural essential oil from the plants.
