Soap Crafters welcomes You!


SoapCrafters.com is a mail order company dedicated to finding and developing the very best products for your home crafts and your home business needs. We take pride in our top notch inventory at very competitive pricing so that you can run your business at a profit and have many hours of fun with our products.

Our customers are individuals and families who enjoy soap making as a hobby, small businesses, religious organizations, fund raisers and schools. We are one of the very few Soap and Toiletries supplies companies who do not sell finished products because we never want to be in competition with our own customers. We specialize in product supplies, so you can make your incredible creations.

Payment:
You can use Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover Card on our website.  You do NOT HAVE to use a credit card online if you do not want to.  You can place the order online and call in your credit card.  We also will accept money orders and PayPal.  These are all options you select during checkout.

Shipping:
Please allow up to three business days for your order to ship during the Winter Holiday Season (October - January).  If you must have it ship on the next possible truck, then we offer a $5.00 Rush fee.  We will get it shipped on the next shipment.

Back Orders:
On occasion when something is out of stock in the warehouse but marked in stock on the web site, we send out any remaining items in your order and then ship out the back ordered item as soon as it arrives. There will be no additional cost for any shipping of back orders.

Shipping Fees:
Your shipping quote is what UPS and the US Postal Service charge us for shipping.  We also charge a $2.00 Handling Fee per each order to help defray the costs of boxes,
bags, other shipping materials, change of address fees, fuel surcharges and other costs which we are charged by our shippers and vendors.

Adding to your order:
If you have already submitted your order and want to add another item or two, please call our toll free number:
1-877-484-5121, and add the additional items by phone.
If you place an additional order online we wil try to combine your orders if possible to save you money on shipping and handling, but we may not always be able to.

Monday through Thursday:  7am to 5pm
Closed Fridays, Saturday & Sundays

Customer Order Pick Up Hours
Tuesday - Thursday
9am-11:30am and 1pm-4:30pm



Customers may pick up their order the next day
(during the specified times) providing the complete order is paid for online. We do not have a retail type of store, so you will NOT be able to browse or ask us to pull things from the warehouse to view and try out.
Place your complete order online and it will be ready for you to pick up the next business day.
