Return Policy

For the safety of all of our customers, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.

There seems to be a heavy handful of people who really enjoy shopping on the internet.  When the package arrives, they refuse it.  Instead of raising our prices for everyone because of these out of control shoppers driving up our costs, we have a policy for this situation.  If you refuse your shipment, we will charge you the shipping costs, PLUS a 20% restocking fee, the balance of the sale will be returned to your credit card.

Be certain that you really want soap making products before you click on the submit button. That submit button does actually charge your credit card! 

If you cancel your order or cause duplicate orders by pressing the submit button numerous times, there is a 20% restocking fee.  If your order has already shipped, then we will return the amount you paid less the cost of shipping and the restocking fee.  If you order has not yet shipped, there is a 20% restocking fee.

The credit card processing companies charge us a percentage for every order that is processed by our web site.  In addition to that, they charge us an even higher percentage for every return we do. If we are unable to void the orders you placed, you will be responsible for our costs incurred, up to 20% of the total amount of those orders.
